Oh where to begin. This place was phenomenal!

The Place. This was an EXTREMELY clean and nice looking place. Staff was very friendly and got us our food very fast. Joint could probably seat 25 or so folks. They offered a variety of grub. Burgers, Fries, Sandwiches and Fish......let's get to the burgers.

Kick Ass! This was a sweet burger. The Buns were fresh from Frasiers in Kelso, which is a sweet bakery. The veggies were all fresh, the pattie was perfect and just the right amount of condiments made for a KILLER burger. Came in basket (as all burgers should) with fries. The fries weren't the best, but no matter. This is a killer burger. Not too small, not too big. Just right.

Of note: The shakes looked great. We didn't have one, but they were all hand made from ice cream and stuff. Also. They close at 8. We were there at like 7:50pm for chow. No worries. They served us and a few other folks that came in after that.

Also, my wife ordered a burger that took a bit longer. So the owner (Tanya) comes out and says the sandwich got a little too done, so they started a fresh one for Mel without even asking. Try to find service like that anywhere nowadays and you'll be lookin for a long time.

So overall, we have GREAT customer service, a ripper burger, good shakes, nice atmosphere and a good small town burger joint feel.

YOU HAVE TO TRY THIS PLACE!
(Thanks to Tanya and staff for a good meal!)

While, eating my HUGE bag of potato chips and dip at home, I had no aspirations to eat dinner. I was in what I like to call a "Couch Coma". After several proddings and Tums later, I rolled off the couch and into the van with my in-laws and husband.
So needless to say, I was not in the zone for a burger, but for a tall glass of water. We drive into the parking lot and I take a quick gander of the area. Adjacent to a mini-mart/ gas station in a rustic area, I immediately knew it was either going to be very, very bad or organismically good. Now I know what your saying, organismically is not a word but this is my review and you are now in my world. Anyway, what was I sayingummmmmm- oh Four Corners Caf, yes, I am in focus now.
We order our food at the counter and suddenly out of nowhere I see the menu and food is a calling. I ordered the Grilled Onion Burger with cheese. And, let me tell you they do not skimp on the onions. It was like the onion God came down and said Go Forth, Grill thy onion, and put the portion of grilled onions I set forth. Fortunate for others and me, they know how to put on the right amount to where its not sagging or overpowering. A great plus which I notice not many burger joints do is they actually have real cheese, no imitation baby, its Tillamook, and wow, it just blends in so well with those onions. Bravo!
But I have a test I do to all burgers and that is the MORNING AFTER TEST (where I save a piece for in the morning), which Four Corners got 7 out of a possible 10. Not bad at all! Ciao, babies!!!!
